Dan Mitchell, President

Dan graduated from Manheim Township High School and went on to a business degree from Mary Washington College in Virginia. While there, he served four years in the United States Marine Corps. After graduating, Dan took a job in the mid west with Butler Construction and traveled the country as a commerical project manager. While living in Kansas City, he earned his MBA from Rockhurst University. Dan then moved back to Lancaster PA to work for a large custom home builder. Dan lives in Lititz today with his wife Karen and their 2 year old son, Wyatt. He faithfully serves his community through Rotary, church activities and political campaigns.

Kim Lippiatt, Salesman

Kim Lippiatt is lifelong resident of Central PA. He has been married for many years to his lovely wife Linda. They have 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. Kim has worked for various area businesses in purchasing, sales and management. Kim was educated at the University of Miami and at Millersville University. He is a proud Army veteran. Kim is very active in his hometown church. Kim will be happy to assist you with your stair lift needs.

Rick Noll, Installer

Rick is a lifelong resident of Manheim, PA. He lives there with his wife and 4 children. Rick enjoys hunting and cars. If you are looking for a good deal on a car, on Fridays Rick is a buyer at the largest auto auction in the US.
